We only accept return of damaged or defected items. Please send us a detailed email providing the order number, order date and the quantity along with photos as proof via cs@purespotskincare.com to raise a request within 14 days from delivery. Once the request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent out and exchange will be processed within 14 days upon receipt. 

Please note that we only accept purchases made from http://purespotskincare.com. If the products are distributed from our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance. Please also note that Purespot Beauty and Skin Care Company Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
